“Oh man, where to start. This truly is one of the best values you will find. The space was clean, open layout and beautiful. The back patio is a perfect place to grill out and enjoy the evenings. The beach is a stones throw away, within 3 minutes of walking across the road. Everything we could imagine for the perfect beach day was in the garage for us to use, from chairs, towels, umbrellas, to a wagon to pull it all. We were able to watch two space launches from the beach during our stay, and couldn't recommend enough to anyone who hasn't seen one. While we were here for work, it felt more like a vacation.”

“James place is everything you need for a perfect beach vacation getaway, or if you just want someplace perfect to kick back and relax after work. Amenities galore - everything you need to grill, work out, bake, cook, spend a day at the beach (Boogie boards, surfboards, even sunscreen!), bike (the bikes are TOP NOTCH), you name it! If it's stormy out and you just feel like watching TV all day in bed or on the couch - there's Smart TVs for all that. The beds have the plushiest blankets you will ever feel. The beach is basically the backyard. I enjoyed the lovely touches like the automatically timed string lights in the backyard with soft lighting. The whole apartment is sparkling clean, feels newly renovated, and has these fancy temperature control touchscreens on the walls. The decor is beachy and made me feel immediately relaxed. James is also amazingly responsive and provides plenty of recommendations of things to do in the area. A winner in every category!”
